This policy describes how TradeMate (TradeMate — Site Client Job), published by Dylan Stables, collects, uses and shares information when you use our mobile app and related services at trademate.services.

Information we collect

Account: email, display name and authentication identifiers (e.g. Firebase Authentication).
Data you enter: clients, jobs, checklists, photos, receipts, signatures, team invites, reminders, company profile and invoices.
Device: basic device/OS data needed to run the app; crash diagnostics if enabled.
Purchases: subscription status via Apple, Google and RevenueCat where applicable.

How we use information

We use your data to provide and improve the app, authenticate you, sync across devices, enable team features, process subscriptions and respond to support. We do not sell personal information.

Storage & processors

Cloud sync may use Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Storage) and other providers under appropriate terms. Data may be processed in the UK, EEA or US depending on infrastructure.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers (hosting, auth, storage, subscriptions), app stores for billing, and where required by law.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to complain to a regulator (e.g. the UK ICO). Contact tradelog.invite@gmail.com.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 16.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change. Continued use means you accept the updated policy.
