By using TradeMate (the app and trademate.services), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
TradeMate provides mobile job management tools for tradespeople. Features may change; we aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Your account & data
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the accuracy of data you enter. You retain ownership of your business data; you grant us a licence to host and process it to provide the service.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the app, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. You must comply with UK law and any professional obligations for your trade.
Subscriptions
Paid features are billed by Apple or Google under their terms. Refunds follow store policies. Restore purchases in app Settings where offered.
Disclaimer
TradeMate is a record-keeping and business tool, not legal, tax or safety advice. Checklists and templates do not replace qualified inspection or certification where required.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or zero if you use the free tier).
